On October 24, 2026, a session on constitutional rights and values was organized for around 20 women farmers at Ragi Kana in Gottigere, Bengaluru.

Advocate Ashwini Obulesh, Executive Director of Dhwani Legal Trust, conducted an interactive session while speaking to the participants about fundamental rights and legal safeguards available for women in agriculture.

She emphasised on how constitutional knowledge helps the women to empower themselves to assert their land, labour, and livelihood.

Ragi Kana is a community market. It is located in Bannerghatta Road, Gottigere, Bengaluru. It acts as an urban-rural bridge connecting local organic farmers with urban consumers.
