The initiative contributed to building awareness, confidence, and collective understanding among women workers regarding their legal rights and entitlements.

The session was interactive, with participants actively engaging and seeking clarifications on issues affecting them in their workplaces. Women workers raised questions related to eligibility for benefits, claiming their dues, termination of employment, and the support available when their rights are not upheld.
